Una stella è dieci volte tanto quello che merita! Posto sporchissimo pieno di topi, servizi da era pre Sapiens. Diffidate, posto non adatto a disabili e famiglie con bambini e passeggini. No grazie nemmeno regalato, rovinate la reputazione dei sardi e della sardegna!

La verdad es que este lugar deja mucho que desear, desde la comida que hemos encontrado moscas, podrida y poca variedad; el estado general del resort no es bueno, le falta mantenimiento y tienen los recursos para hacerlo, pero no lo han hecho en tiempo y forma para poder disfrutarlo como huéspedes. Además vi que al personal no se lo ha tratado con el respeto que corresponde, con lo cual no recomiendo el hospedaje en estás condiciones actuales. Espero que puedan aprender y poder modificar la situación del mismo. Lo único bueno es la ubicación en que se encuentra, que obviamente no depende de la gente. Un saludo.

Telefonisch contact is bijna onmogelijk; er wordt vaak niet opgenomen of men helpt niet mee naar een oplossing. Onterecht geld geïncasseerd van mijn rekening en ik werd steeds aan het lijntje gehouden. Mijn geduld was op, dus heb ik het aan de bank overgelaten. Nooit meer hiernaartoe.

Worst Experience Ever - Arbatax Resort Took My Money After My Stay! I stayed at Arbatax Resort in Sardinia with my family at the end of August, and it was the worst holiday experience I’ve ever had. After returning home, I noticed that the resort had taken an additional payment from my account without any explanation or authorization. Despite reaching out to them multiple times, they refused to refund the money or even provide a proper response. The service during our stay was already subpar, but this was the final straw. It’s unacceptable for a resort to treat its guests this way, especially after they’ve left! Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced – they simply don’t care once they have your money. I strongly advise against booking this resort. They ruined what should have been a relaxing family vacation and continued to cause stress even after we got home. Avoid Arbatax Resort at all costs!

This property DISCRIMINATES AGAINST HANDICAP people. They refused us with our CERTIFIED HANDICAP SERVICE DOG, canceled our reservation and we were then charged the full price. We reserved through booking.com and they could not help us. THIS IS A HOTEL PROPERTY RUN BY DISCRIMINATORY MANAGEMENT.

Mi experiencia fue deplorable. Para empezar es de difícil acceso si no llegas en auto, los autobuses que llevan a los hoteles no aceptan tarjeta ni los bares donde se compran los tickets. Los taxis son extremadamente caros y dan mal servicio al turista. Me asignaron una habitación que tenía un fantasma en el closet que hacía ruido con los ganchos para la ropa, aparte había muchos mosquitos. Después de más de media hora en recepción me dieron otra habitación, la cual estaba sucia, con un sillón lleno de polvo y pelos humanos. Las almohadas todas manchadas de fluidos. No tuve un buen descanso. Hay muchos niños llorando, el desayuno es mediocre. Aunque tenía otra reserva decidí perderla porque no vale la pena ir a un lugar tan apartado para recibir habitaciones con mosquitos esperando a picarte y no dejarte dormir ni descansar.

C'est un énorme village vacances de 700 personnes! Il faut prendre un bus pour s'y déplacer, qui passe, en théorie, tous les 20 minutes . On perd beaucoup de temps car les 20 minutes se transforment en 30-35 minutes ! Repas du soir très moyen. Produits industriels !. Petit-déjeuner, aussi, très moyen. Chambre correcte. Personnel pas toujours sympathique.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Arbatax Park Hotel, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The management is extremely poor, and it was evident from the moment we checked in. Firstly, the customer service was horrendous. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and to make matters worse, hardly anyone spoke English. This made it incredibly difficult to communicate even the simplest requests, leading to numerous misunderstandings and frustration. We had 2 rooms booked in, but due to A/C in one of the rooms not working we pretty much stayed and slepped in one room. The hotel is grossly overpriced for what it offers. The rooms were outdated and not well-maintained, with various issues like broken fixtures (A/C in particular. or phones not working). For the exorbitant prices they charge, one would expect a much higher standard of accommodation and service. We stayed in Sardinia before and it was so much better you can't even compare. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this Hotel There are far better options available that offer superior service, better management, and more reasonable prices. Save your money and avoid the disappointment by booking elsewhere. We have stayed in variuos resorts around Europe and were always more than happy, but this experience was so bad, that I decided to take time and try to worn other people before they are considering this Hotel -pls don't. I am writing negative review for the first time in my life, hopefully the last time as well.

Dramat. Odradzam komukolwiek jechać do tego hotelu. Zdjęcia i rzeczywistość to przepaść. Mieliśmy spędzić w tym hotelu 3 noce 21.09-25.09.2024. Po wjechaniu do obiektu już było widać że to dramat , wszędzie brudno, pleśń , zacieki na ścianach, wszytsko wygląda 20 lat starzej. Pragnę zaznaczyć że mieliśmy rezerwację w Arbatax Park Resort, chociaż tak naprawdę to jest jeden ogromny hotel z nazwami części takich jak Telis, Cała Moresca, Dune , Cottage. Po długim oczekiwaniu zawieziono nas starym rozwalonym samochodem na recepcję , która wygląda jak za czasów komuny. W pokoju na sufitach pleśń, śmierdziało starością.Po zameldowaniu poszliśmy do pizzerii, gdzie podano pizzę która mocno śmierdziała starą zgniłą szynką , jak zepsuta ścierka. Odrazu poinformowaliśmy o tym kelnera , który zaczął niemile zapewniać nas że jest wszytko ok, natomiast odmówił spróbowania , argumentując że nie lubi takiej szynki. Za sąsiedzkim stolikiem rodzina Włochów dołączyła się do dyskusji potwierdzając, ze czują ten obrzydliwy zapach z daleka, ale obsługa zaczęła kłótnie i nerwowo zabrała pizzę , nie proponując nic w zamian. Podczas zapłaty nie odliczyli nam tej pizzy, dopiero po naleganiu że za to nie zapłacimy.Po udaniu się do łazienki przy pizzerii, nie dało się wejść bo podłoga była zalana na 10 cm woda , ponieważ leciało to wszystko z toalety ZAPCHANEJ FEKALIAMI! Odrazu po tym udaliśmy się do recepcji z chęcią się wymeldować jak najszybciej i znaleźć inny hotel. Powiedziano nam że musimy zostać na noc , bo nie ma nikogo kto by mógł rozwiązać ten problem i że mamy przyjść następnego dnia koło 10:00, więc niestety musieliśmy też pójść na śniadanie, gdzie NIC nie zjedliśmy, bo wszędzie był brud , na podłodze zbite szklanki, na które obsługa nawet nie zwracała uwagi, z sufitu również ciekła woda prosto gościom na głowę. Spotkaliśmy tą samą rodzinę Włochów , którzy powiedzieli że od 4 dni jedzą tylko tost z nutellą , bo resztę się boją dotknąć. W końcu doczekaliśmy się rozmowy na recepcji, która trwała z 2 godziny, bo Pani Menager najpierw nie chętnie chciała wieść z biura żeby z nami porozmawiać. Zaproponowała nam inny pokój (co oczywiście całkiem nie zmieniało sytuacji) i powiedziała że możemy się wymeldować , tylko ze to booking się zajmuje płatnością i że nie mogą dokonać nam zwrotu za resztę dni. Booking w swoją kolej poinformował, że nie mogą nam zwrócić pieniędzy , bo pobrał je bezpośrednio ten obiekt.

I stayed at Arbatax Park Resort from the 1st of September to the 5th of September, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a so-called 4-star hotel. From start to finish, the stay was a complete disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—especially families! Firstly, the reception at the Cottages was horrendous. The receptionist was beyond rude and dismissive, with a horrible attitude, making us feel unwelcome from the very moment we checked in. Any requests we made were met with resistance and condescension, making the whole check-in process frustrating. To make matters worse, we dined at their independent restaurant, which they have the audacity to call a "winery." It took nearly two hours for them to serve a simple platter of meat and cheese, which, shockingly, only consisted of one type of cheese and meats. When we politely inquired whether the platter should include a variety, the waitress rudely snatched the plate away and returned it with more of the same cheese! I ordered two glasses of prosecco, but was served something that tasted like flat wine. My husband, on the other hand, was never served his wine, yet they were happy to charged us for it! The service was not only inattentive but aggressive, and the staff even resorted to swearing—all while our 2-year-old daughter was present. Absolutely appalling! If that wasn’t enough, the following evening, around 11 PM, we were rudely awakened by two housemaids trying to unlock and enter our room. This terrified our child, and we were left wondering why on earth anyone would attempt to access a guest’s room at that hour. We never received an explanation. The cherry on top came on the day we were leaving. On the morning of the 5th of September, I called the same rude receptionist at the Cottage to request a car to take us to the parking area (the hotel is incredibly hilly, and the car park is situated on top of a mountain). She rudely informed me that I hadn’t booked the car the night before—something I wasn’t even made aware of! Instead of helping, she continued to be rude and dismissive. We had a toddler, a buggy, and luggage to carry uphill, but she couldn’t care less. When I asked to speak with a manager, she smugly told me that no manager would talk to me, and then said there were no managers on-site until 9 AM. In a hotel this size, how is it possible that there’s no manager available? This hotel is run like an absolute circus. The staff are rude, unattentive, and act like wild dogs, running the place however they want. This was not a 4-star experience by any stretch of the imagination. The cleanliness was also questionable, more like a 2-star establishment at best. Thankfully, after this nightmare, we checked into Cala Di Lepre, where the service was night and day in comparison—friendly, professional, and attentive, as one would expect from a proper 4-star hotel. If you’re planning to travel with family and considering staying here, avoid this place at all costs! This was a heartbreaking experience, and not worth a single penny. I’m genuinely shocked that Arbatax Park Resort still holds a 4-star rating. It was an absolute disgrace.

Resort enorme e molto bello per la natura e i paesaggi. Non adatto assolutamente a persone con mobilità ridotta o disabili perché il resort si snoda su una collina con salite e discese molto ripide. Tranne per il tellis , il resto degli alloggi sono molto carini con camera rimodernate ed efficienti. Ci sono molte critiche da fare , dalle strade poco mantenute ,alla pulizia del verde che è poco mantenuto con una crescita incontrollata di arbusti e alberi. Animazione inesistente per gli adulti. Spiagge con ombrelloni e sdraio insufficienti e servizi a pagamento con prezzi da usurai compreso il bar . Il servizio buffet molto buono e variegato. Se dovete soggiornare evitate il tellis e borgo moresca altrimenti Ve ne pentirete!
