L'edificio normalmente non è aperto al pubblico ma in occasione dell'evento “Maggio e improvvisazione. Dall’Ottava al Rap” (15-17 settembre 2033), è stato possibile visitarlo con l'aiuto di Roberto Serafini, ex sindaco di Buti grande esperto di tradizioni locali nonché testimone diretto dell'attività molitoria del Frantoio Rossi, attività che si è protratta fino agli anni '60. Una bellissima esperienza.

Frantoio ristrutturato dove è possibile vedere come fino a qualche anno fa venivano frante le olive. Ora museo del maggio, ospita la 'Corale Santa Cecilia'.
