The food arrived within minutes of ordering. It turned out to be the wrong order. I was disappointed there were no apologies. We had eaten and was out in 25 minutes. I felt there was no dining experience. It felt rushed, and I was let down.
We have eaten in Bill's before in Cardiff town and loved it.

Our waiter was lovely and organised .. Others weren't ....however I think the restaurant was busier than expected (I hope) food could have been served warmer .

Slow service and average food sadly. BBQ Bourbon Burger was good but the chicken was a little dry and the sea bass and fish pie were average. However, the food wasn't the biggest issue. It took at least 45 minutes between finishing starters and the mains being brought out and that was after asking where it was. I fear the issues with the food were linked to the delay, got the impression some of it had been waiting on the pass for a while. I won't be rushing back. I won't refuse to go back if someone else suggested going but I won't be recommending going back unfortunately.

I usually love Bill's and visit quite often with my friend when we go to Cardiff. However, this visit just about everything went wrong. Our order took well over an hour to arrive and was not great when it did. It is a shame because we had other people with us this time and none of them want to visit again. We were given a considerable discount and meals were taken off the bill but would have much rather have paid full price and eaten well. We were all looking forward to desert but didn't dare order anything else as there was no saying how long that would have taken.

Beautifully cooked and presented. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.
